Ideally you should book with plenty of time, we will fill up all our available slots quickly especially during peak seasons. We will need time to book the meet and greet and key collection. Last minute bookings can only be accepted if we hold a key or if the key is placed in a safe space.

Once we have confirmed your booking, we will arrange a time for a meet and greet. During the meet and greet we will run through the service and complete essential documents. This will allow you to tell us about more information on your pet and their requirements. It is here when you can hand over a spare key.

Yes, when we received your key at the meet and greet/key collection, we will add a key tag stating only your pets name and your name, no other information will be added to ensure the security of your property. After we visit your property to look after your pet, your key will then be securely locked within a locked safe until the next visit. If you choose to leave a key with us for future visits, your key will remain within a locked safe until the time we visit your pet.

Yes, for your first time using us we will need to arrange a meet and greet. We will complete necessary documentation and record all your pet details requirement. However, we can keep all your details on file so the next time the meet and greet is not required. You can also either leave a spare key with us for future bookings or leave a key in a secure place, so we don’t need to arrange another key drop off meeting.

This depends on the pets being visited, service you have chosen, and location. Dog visits will be 45 minutes to 1 hour per visit, enough time for a walk, feeding, and comfort. For cats, some love a cuddle and play while others are quite wary of strangers, depending on the cat, most visits would be between 30 minutes to 1 hour. Other pets that do not require so much attention, each visit will be around 30 mins.

Visits will be done between 7am to 7pm, we will try to keep the same time each day but sometimes this may not be possible. Visits while you’re at work will be planned during the afternoon unless you require a different time due to your work times.

We have an APP which will notify you of when we arrive, we will also send you a message through the app with a photo that we are with your pet. At the end of each visit you will also receive a visit report with information and pictures of what we have done on the visit.

We will endeavour to provide the same sitter for the duration of your booking; however, all our staff require rest days from time to time; whether that is their scheduled day off, their vacation period or they are feeling unwell.

We will always try to only allocate one additional sitter for your booking and the sitter profile will be sent to you prior to their visit.

We advise you to lock the cat flap while the animal is in our care, this will ensure they do not go missing due to having a stranger come to the house. It also ensures we can provide the best welfare possible by seeing the cat on each visit.

Yes, even if you have a feeder once per day visit is required. We do this to ensure the welfare of your pet is maintained while they are in our care.

Payments for services can be paid through your customer portal. Full payment is required to secure booking and it will show on your portal at time of booking. We will send reminders 7 days prior if payment has not been made, before the booking is cancelled.

We notify you before via WhatsApp that supplies have ran out, and we will purchase any extra supplies for your pet and will invoice you the costs of the product. A 20 AED admin fee will be charged and invoiced to you.

Whenever there is a problem, we will alert you straight away and take your pet to the vet if necessary. On the meet and greet one of the forms for you to sign is a veterinary release form, this allows us to act on your behalf, any costs incurred by Perfect Paws will be invoiced to you with our admin fees as per our Terms and Conditions.

Yes, we have all the DED registration and licences, we also have public liability insurance. The Licence number is shown on the signed Terms and Conditions and can be provided upon request.

You will be given a copy of our terms and conditions at time of booking and also at the meet and greet. Once registered with us you can also find them within the customer portal
