Monthly Walking Package:

Your walks are scheduled for set times, and these slots are guaranteed until you cancel. You’ll have a dedicated primary dog walker and a backup dog walkers for days off. This option is perfect for those needing consistent, daily walks at specific times. please note that discounted walking packages are non refundable and are scheduled in the set dates stated in the package

For New Customers

Once you have decided you would like to join our family with our Dog Walking Packages, we will send you a few quick questions in order for us to set up your customer portal and APP. 

Once we have created your account you will receive an email to activate your account and download your customer APP.

We will also complete for you 3 required forms (Client information, Veterinary Release, and Terms and Conditions), these forms will also be emailed to you for signing digitally.

We will then arrange a time for a Meet and Greet.

Renew each month and your required slots are kept specifically for you.

Ideally you should book with plenty of time, we will fill up all our available slots quickly especially during peak seasons. We will need time to book the meet and greet but will strive to complete the booking as quickly as we can in an emergency. 

We run thing differently to every other dog walking company in Dubai. All our dog walkers are full time employed pet professionals, who have undergone vast training and certifications. 

Having full time dog walkers rather than part time ensures not only they have the passion for animal care, but this is their career ensuring total dedication.

We invest heavily in training and all dog walkers under go world class certifications including but not limited to First Aid and CPR training.

As mentioned above we only employ full-time dog walkers with a passion for animal care. You will receive a primary dog walker who will be visiting everyday, and a secondary sitter who will cover their days off.

On very rare occasions when a dog walker is sick, only annual leave, or the secondary walker is off, a replacement walker will attend, you will be notified prior to this.

Once we have confirmed your dog walking package, we will arrange a time for a meet and greet.

During the meet and greet we will run through the service, we will ask all the information about your dog and their requirements to ensure everything is covered, and that you know your dog is in the best care.

It is here when we give you your own secure lock box, this will be programmed with your own code.

The provided lock box is a gift to you from us, and your key should be placed in the box for the sitter to gain entry. We are passionate about the safety of all pets, and by keeping the key in a lock box ensures we can gain access in any emergency situations. 

Yes, for your first time using us we will need to arrange a meet and greet. This is a great time where you will meet the dog walkers and the dog walkers meets your dog, we will run through questions with you about walking behaviours and the most important safety measure it to confirm your dog is comfortable with the sitter.

Once a meet and greet has been carried out, we will no longer need another because all your details and your dogs details are kept in your portal, any changes to the pets care, like medications or meals you can change within the portal. 

All dog walking package visits will be a a minimum of 45 minutes, enough time for a walk, feeding, playing, and comfort.

During winter the visit will be spent having a nice long dog walk, in summer months, for the safety of your dog, visits will be a quick toilet break followed by play time at home.

We will schedule all Dubai dog walking packages to a time suitable for you. Once your time slot is confirmed, this will be your permanent slot until you cancel or change the time.

Due to Dubai traffic, there may be occasions when the dog walkers arrives late. if they are running 30 minutes or more late, we will notify you that the dog walkers is running behind schedule.

We have an APP which will notify you of when we arrive, we will also send you a message through the app with a photo that we are with your dog.

At the end of each visit you will also receive a visit report with information and pictures of what we have done on the visit with a GPS tracker to confirm the walking route the dog walker has taken.

Dubai summer is especially difficult for our dogs, because we take safety so seriously, all sitters will check the ground temperature and outside temperature before walking any dogs.

If the temperature is too high and the ground is too hot, our walks will be reduced to a toilet break and the remainder time will be spent inside, playing, learning tricks, and lots of cuddles.

Payments for dog walking packages are paid through your secure customer portal.

Full payment is required to secure the package and it will show on your portal at time of booking.

You will be contacted the week prior to renewal to check if any days are not required, once confirmed you will receive confirmation your package is booked and ready for payment through the portal.

Whenever there is a problem, we will alert you straight away and take your dog to the vet if necessary.

One of the forms for you to sign is a veterinary release form, this allows us to act on your behalf, any costs incurred by Perfect Paws will be invoiced to you with our admin fees.

Yes, we are a fully licensed company, with public liability insurance. The License number is shown on the signed Terms and Conditions and can also be provided upon request.

You will be given a copy of our terms and conditions at time of booking and also at the meet and greet. Once registered with us you can also find them within the customer portal.
