If a booking is cancelled 7 days or more before the service start date then a full refund will be issued minus meet and great cost of 52.50 AED (if carried out) and 5% Administration fee.
If a booking is cancelled within 7 days and up to 48 hours before the service start date, 50% of the total invoice fee will be charged.
If a booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours of the service start date, 100% of the total invoice fee will be charged.
In the event Perfect Paws arrives are your address and either cannot gain entry or told we are not required for that day; the cost of that visit will still be charged in full.
Should you return early and cancel the remaining booked visits, no refund for cancelled days will be given.
In the event of force majeure a full refund will be given minus 5% administration fee.
Should Perfect Paws not be able to fulfil the assignment due to such an emergency, any fees already paid will be refunded in full.
Any credit notes issues will last for a period of 6 months, if the credit note has not been used then the credit note shall be removed.
All Pre-Purchased Visit packages will last for a period of 6 months.
All Pre-Purchased Visit packages are non-refundable.
Same Day cancelations will result in booked visit being redeemed.
Alterations to scheduled visits can be made the day before scheduled visit.
For cancellations of scheduled visits during peak periods as outlined in section 11.1, Perfect Paws cannot cancel or modify visits within 7 days of the service start date. Any scheduled visits during this period will be forfeited.
During peak periods, Section 11.7 terms and conditions also apply.
Package Options.
Clients may choose between: Monday to Friday package, or Monday to Thursday package
Walks are only valid on the selected weekdays and cannot be transferred to weekends or public holidays.
All packages remain valid for 42 consecutive days (6 weeks) from the date of the first booked walk. This includes an additional 2-week flexibility period. Any unused walks remaining after this period will be forfeited.
All walking packages are prepaid and non-refundable once purchased, including in cases of illness, travel, relocation, or schedule changes.
Package walks may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice, subject to walker availability. Rescheduled walks must remain within the package validity period and cannot be moved to weekends or public holidays.
Peak Period Rescheduling. During peak periods outlined in section 11.1, package walks require a minimum of 7 days notice for rescheduling. Walks cancelled or changed with less than 7 days notice during these periods may be deducted from the package and cannot be guaranteed for rescheduling.
Weather & Safety. Walks may be adjusted or shortened for your dog’s safety due to extreme weather or welfare concerns, and continued inside, at the walker’s discretion.
Behaviour & Health. Dogs must be safe to handle and free from contagious illness. Any aggressive behaviour may result in immediate suspension of service without refund.
Renewals. Perfect Paws will contact clients towards the end of the package period to confirm renewal dates and availability. Renewal is subject to availability and payment.
Applies to all services scheduled between 1st July to 31st August and 20th December to 3rd January and including services that start or finish outside the dates 1st July to 31st August and 20th December to 3rd January.
A 50% deposit of total invoice amount is required to be paid at time of booking, and balance payment is due 7 days prior to the service start date.
Bookings made within 7 days of the service start date, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations within 7 days of the service start date: full invoice amount is non-refundable.
Cancellations between 8 days and 14 days of service start date: full deposit is non-refundable
Cancellations 15 days or more before the service start date: The deposit is refundable, minus: AED 52.50 for the meet and greet (if carried out), and A 5% administration fee (calculated on the total deposit amount).
Visits on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day are subject to an additional fee, payable to the sitter, in accordance with our website rates.
