At Perfect Paws we understand the importance of tailored care for your new Puppy. Our specialized Puppy visits and puppy packages offers the ideal solution to keep your pup happy, active, and healthy.
Exercise is important for a puppy as it helps their development – both physical and mental, and gives them an outlet for all their puppy energy.
For all our puppies packages we highly advise all puppies are vacci-checked, this is to ensure they have enough antibodies to fight any diseases.
Our Puppy Services:
Two Daily visits: Your puppy will enjoy two refreshing and engaging visits every day, ensuring they get the exercise and stimulation they need.

Toilet Breaks/Cleaning puppy mess: We understand accidents happen—our team ensures regular and timely toilet breaks and help with pad training.
Puppy Information:
When it comes to puppy exercising, a good rule of thumb is that puppies should have no more than five minutes of exercise for each month of age, two times a day, and this should be decreased in larger breeds.
Walking can be tiring for a puppy and to walk at a constant pace is totally unnatural so it is something we need to build up to slowly over time. Just walking for this short time, puppy walking should be very relaxed with lots of time to stop, sniff, explore and investigate the environment around them. Puppies are growing their brains as much as their bodies and this early exploration of the world around them is vital to their development, keeping continuous structured puppy walking to no more than two minutes at any one time.
Play time in the home counts too
Despite seeming to have endless energy, puppies are good at self-limiting their own exercise, and so making sure the puppy has plenty of opportunity to run around and play under their own steam is important. If you watch puppies at this age, you’ll see they run around madly for a few minutes and then flop down to rest or sleep.
This isn’t just about their growing bodies, puppies do not have the cardiovascular system for endurance either, so these shorts burst of energy are all they can manage as they are building stamina for the future.
Remember a new puppy is only a baby, and like any baby, their physical abilities are limited. This means that we can cause lasting damage by over-exercising a puppy or expecting too much in the early weeks and even months.
Until a dog reaches sexual maturity – which is different in each breed – their bones are still growing. The growth plates within the bones, which allow them to lengthen as the dog gets larger, stays soft for a surprisingly long time, which is why over-exercising a pup might make them vulnerable to injury. Injuries at this time may not heal properly and can cause lasting problems for the dog. In addition to the soft growth plates, the rest of the puppy’s bones are softer too and so can break easily.
It’s not just the bones that are developing either – these are held together with muscles, tendons and ligaments that are working hard to support the puppy’s growing bones and joints, and they can also be vulnerable to injury caused by over-exercising your puppy or from the wrong kind of exercise or play

FAQ's
For New Customers
Once you have decided you would like to join our family with our Puppy Packages, we will send you a few quick questions in order for us to set up your customer portal and APP.
Once we have created your account you will receive an email to activate your account and download your customer APP.
We will also complete for you 3 required forms (Client information, Veterinary Release, and Terms and Conditions), these forms will also be emailed to you for signing digitally.
We will then arrange a time for a Meet and Greet.
Existing Customers
Puppy packages automatically renew each month and your required slots are kept specifically for you. You can be make changes through your APP, or contacting us directly.
Ideally you should book with plenty of time, we will fill up all our available slots quickly especially during peak seasons. We will need time to book the meet and greet but will strive to complete the booking as quickly as we can in an emergency. However once your puppy package is confirmed that timed slots remains yours until you cancel.
We run thing differently to every other pet sitting company. All our pet sitters are full time employed pet professionals, who have undergone vast training and certifications.
Having full time pet sitters rather than part time (sitters who want to earn extra money) ensures not only they have the passion for animal care, but this is their career ensuring total dedication.
We invest heavily in training and all pet sitters under go world class certifications including but not limited to First Aid and CPR training.

As mentioned above we only employ full-time pet sitters with a passion for animal care.
You will receive a primary pet sitter who will be visiting everyday, and a secondary pet sitter who will cover their days off.
On very rare occasions when a pet sitter is sick and the secondary sitter is off, a replacement walker will attend, you will be notified prior to this.
Once we have confirmed your puppy package, we will arrange a time for a meet and greet.
During the meet and greet we will run through the service, we will ask all the information about your dog and their requirements to ensure everything is covered, and that you know your puppy is in the best care.
It is here when we give you your own secure lock box, this will be programmed with your own code.
The provided lock box is a gift to you from us, and your key should be placed in the box for the sitter to gain entry. We are passionate about the safety of all pets, and by keeping the key in a lock box ensures we can gain access in any emergency situations.
Yes, for your first time using us we will need to arrange a meet and greet. This is a great time where you will meet the pet sitter and the pet sitter meets your puppy, we will run through questions with you about behaviours and the most important safety measure it to confirm your puppy is comfortable with the pet sitter.
Once a meet and greet has been carried out, we will no longer need another because all your details and your puppies details are kept in your portal, any changes to the pets care, like medications or meals you can change within the portal.
All puppy package package visits will be a up to 60 minutes, and 2 visits per day.
Enough time for a feeding, cleaning pads, playing, and some basic training games.
We will schedule all puppy packages to a time suitable for you. Once your time slot is confirmed, this will be your puppy reaches 6 months of age and is able to go outside for walks, we will then transfer on to the adult walking packages if required.
Due to Dubai traffic, there may be occasions when the pet sitter arrives late. if they are running 30 minutes or more late, we will notify you that the pet sitter is running behind schedule.
We have an APP which will notify you of when we arrive, we will also send you a message through the app with a photo that we are with your puppy.
At the end of each visit you will also receive a visit report with information and pictures of what we have done on the visit with a GPS tracker to confirm they have been at your address.
Payments for puppy packages are paid through your secure customer portal.
Full payment is required to secure the package and it will show on your portal at time of booking.
Packages automatically renew, 7 days prior you will receive an email advising your new package has been renewed and ready for payment through the portal.
Whenever there is a problem, we will alert you straight away and take your puppy to the vet if necessary.
One of the forms for you to sign is a veterinary release form, this allows us to act on your behalf, any costs incurred by Perfect Paws will be invoiced to you with our admin fees.
Yes, we are a fully licenced company, with public liability insurance. The Licence number is shown on the signed Terms and Conditions and can also be provided upon request.
You will be given a copy of our terms and conditions at time of booking and also at the meet and greet. Once registered with us you can also find them within the customer portal.
Terms & Conditions
Perfect paws Pet Sitting Prices do not contain any hidden fees so you will not get a sudden surprise or shocking invoice. There is a small fee for meet and greet/key collection and drop off . Key drop off is not required if key remains with Perfect Paws for future visits, key can be left in safe place, or left with building security. Perfect Paws Pet Sitting Prices will be periodically checked to try and remain competitive while ensuring the service and welfare will not be compromised.
In the event of cost increase all registered clients will be informed, and this page will be updated.
Booking made and confirmed by full payment before any amendments to prices will remain at the rate when the booking was confirmed.
