However you can register your interest and we will be in contact when positions become available
Let’s be honest: pet sitting isn’t all fluffy cuddles and wagging tails (though there’s a lot of that too). You’ll be popping into people’s homes to hang out with their fur-babies, keeping them fed, watered, and entertained — and yes, sometimes cleaning up “surprises” they’ve kindly left for you on the carpet.
Shifts are 6 days working and 2 days off, between 7am–7pm. That means early mornings, public holiday visit, and sometimes getting the look from your friends when you say “Sorry, can’t, I’ve got to feed a cat.”
Visits last up to an hour (sometimes longer if the pets are extra needy, which they usually are).
You’ll get slobber on your clothes, fur in your hair, and possibly a suspicious smell on your shoes… but also a ridiculous amount of unconditional love.
* You get paid to play with pets. Yes, really.
* No two days are the same — one minute you’re walking a sausage dog in the sun, the next you’re convincing a cat you’re not an intruder.
* Every wag, purr, head tilt, and happy dance when you walk in the door = instant mood boost.
* You’ll build amazing bonds with pets and their humans (you may even get Christmas presents from cats. True story).
* Dogs will try and drag you into bushes to chase birds.
* Cats may ignore you for 59 minutes of your visit, then demand 1 minute of furious head scratches just as you’re leaving.
* Litter trays, Poop Picking. Enough said.
* Sunny or very rarely rainy walks. Hairy clothes. The occasional chewed shoe.
* There’s a fair bit of driving between homes — you and your car will become best friends.
* The pay isn’t going to make you a millionaire. But the love, cuddles, and furry “thank-you’s” usually make up for it.
We’re not just looking for a sitter — we’re looking for someone to join our little family of pet lovers. The kind of person who doesn’t mind muddy paws on their trousers, fur on their shirt, and sometimes chaos in their schedule… as long as there’s a wagging tail or happy purr at the end of it.
* A true passion for animals and their welfare (basically, you’re the kind of person who talks to dogs on the street before their owners).
* Previous animal experience is a big plus (bonus points if you’ve worked in the pet industry).
* Confident with giving medications — pets don’t come with instructions, but you’ll need to follow ours.
* Good at time management and juggling multiple visits in a day.
* Excellent customer service (yes, we love the pets, but their humans matter too).
* Solid English skills — speaking, reading, and writing.
* Punctual and trustworthy (our clients need to know their pets and homes are safe with you).
* Willing to attend training days (think First Aid and CPR for pets, not humans — though we won’t stop you learning both).
* Available on weekends, public holidays, and the occasional evening for Meet & Greets.
* A valid UAE driving license (no license = no pets, sadly).
* Your own transportation (we can’t carry cats on the metro to a vet).
* A recent police clearance certificate (because we take trust seriously).
Full-time role with a basic salary plus transport and per-visit payment.
(On average, you’ll take home between AED 4,000–7,000 — not enough to buy a yacht, but plenty to keep your fridge full and your heart happy.)
